New Student Communities
Where you belong.
New Student Community (NSC) is a year-long initiative hosted by Enrollment Programs & Communications where new students find community, academic and leadership development with their peers through workshops and social engagements. Students will engage in workshops and social engagements with the guidance of mentors, known as Community Builders, to help discover what their Niner Pride will look like on campus and throughout their college journey.
The New Student Community strives to ensure students:
- Evolve their academic and personal success at Charlotte
- Find community through creating connections with student leaders and the Niner Nation
- Explore their ability to make an impact and leave a legacy as a Niner
- Step outside their comfort zone
